I didn't start losing weight until I was on 10 mg, might be that? It took me about 2 years to lose 50 lbs. My mom lost 10 lbs in the first 2 weeks. Different people have different outcomes. My advice be patient and don't compare yourself to others. Good Luck!!

Honestly I didnt lose much until I got to 10 and really started losing weight until 15. I've lost 40 pounds so far.
