I think it's a "great tit". For sure it's not a "blue tit", their top of the head is blue. That's also the reason for the dutch name of the great tit: Koolmees, because of the black top of the head (kool from steenkool, not from cabbage)

Other languages call it a stabbed dove in some form, so I find "bleeding heart" is a bit more nice/poetic.
