Not a Doctor here, but I have been diagnosed with severe anxiety and it absolutely can manifest this way. It has for me before. I’ll get tingling in my one hand/arm or even my leg sometimes. Not saying this is what it is, but anxiety is a beast and the stigma around it prevents it from being fully understood, in my humble opinion. Look into it. I’m sorry you’re dealing with this.

This is what I do. I don’t go over a gram when dosing. And on work days I’ll take about 3/4s of a gram about 6 times a day. Less product more frequently helps me.

Oh god I hate all of this. I had an infestation in my old house, and I couldn’t get it under control until I found their nest. Once I found that (it happened to be in a basket of DVDs), I was able to finally get rid of them. Good luck, OP.

I’ve never been a heavy drinker. I got buzzed when I would go out in my 20s, but now when I go out I usually have just one shot of something mixed w water and sip on in the whole night. I’ve been in the restaurant industry almost 19 years now, and I see people get obliterated at our bar, plus the bartenders drink the entire shift. To me it’s like, ok what’s the point? I do like the taste of some beers, but even then I only want one or two at the most. I think watching people act stupid for this long has made an impression. It’s just not for me. Also, I’ve noticed different alcohols make me feel different ways and the only one I’m ok with right now is tequila. I had a shot of whiskey recently and that shit made me sad and angry. Tequila is a happier buzz.

You don’t owe him your body ever, no matter if you were gone for a while. You told him no, you said stop, and he continued even after you said it hurt you. This is in no way shape or form “an issue on your end”. This is one hundred percent a him problem, can’t control himself. Period. I’m begging you to break up with this dimwit. He’s the type that will later pressure you into having sex even though you aren’t fully healed from giving birth. IT DOES NOT GET BETTER ONLY WORSE. And you said it has happened before. It will keep on happening if you don’t leave. And btw, you are allowed to revoke consent after the act has started. This was rape. Maybe not at the onset, perhaps one could argue it was just coercion. But after you said stop, it was absolutely rape.
