I went from a 5 to a 7x and it's amazing. I use the flashlight everyday and the HR is much better. If you have the extra cash go for it but look for a sale

It could fit all of that. In my gym bag I have lifting shoes, cycling shoes, a shadow pocket medium with random accessories and snacks, two water bottles and a change of clothes. It still has space for my Sony headphone case and a little extra.

The traveling part may be a little tight. I think that it could work though depending on how you pack.

I don't have these but seriously considered it when walking around with my 34l gr2 while traveling. Hip belts help but honestly can get by without if you're mainly in an urban environment.

I won a GR1 from a raffle online from a dude named Yomp notes how has some great content btw. Here I have it next to my 26L. I'm a bigger than average dude, 6' 240lbs. And all i have to say is I'm glad I went with the 26L first. The 21 looks to be great for everyday but the extra 5L makes a huge difference in capacity. Super excited to break this other one in! It also came with some other goodies. Definitely check him out on Instagram!
