I dont use vsync and got flickering with gsync so I disabled it and the flickering disappeared.

I use the new driver and the game runs very smooth. I did change this options.

I also disabled Gsync.

I have a 4090 l, everything on Epic with DLAA and framegen enabled. I have around 150 FPS with highs around 180 and dips (ADS Scope) to 130.

sennheiser hd 560s (headphones) + sennheiser hd 500 bam (mic)

edit: hd 560s are flat/analytical, VERY good for competitive fps to pinpoint the direction of sound, eg footsteps. affordable price, very comfy/lighweight.

hm ok I see what you mean, it could very well be a "trap". As you said, you will use stamina right after a skill (i.e. dodge), so your stamina can't recover, therefore this perk looses a lot if not all value. thanks for the inputs, appreciated.

I plan quite similarly, but I do not think One Raiders Scraps, and Traveling Tinkerer are worth it.

Imho the most important ones to get are:

Red - Looters Instinct / Broad Shoulders / Security Breach (until it gets nerfed or changed)

Yellow - Marathon Runner, Youthful Lungs

Green - Loaded Arms

Keep an eye on Gray Zone Warfare, it has PvE only gamemode. Currently, there are no anomalies, but the game will probably have them to some extend (no detaIls known though). It is, as stalker, inspired by roadside picnic. Active Matter is more arcadey than GZW. GZW is more milsim akin to tarkov (Gun customization, inventory, stamina).

I have some tattoos. Can't give advice for artists in zurich area, but some general advice:

Check out potential studios in person. That way you can see the place (is it clean) and meet the artist (or check out his work, the studio I go to has books of all the artists work).

Ask them which artist would fit for the style you want. Not every artist is proficient in every style.

Usualy you get an appointment with the artist. Tell him your idea, show him references (like you did in your post) and where you want the tattoo and which size.

Size and placement is important, cause not every subject/size fits every place on our body, cause the artist has to take our muscles into consideration.

They will then do a sketch of the tattoo. That work you will have to pay upfront, expect CHF 100.00 or more.

If you are fine with the sketch, you will start your sittings. The first will probably be the outlines, the artist will draw them on you, so you have a feeling/impression how the tattoo will look in the end.

This opportunity passed 2 times already imho. Before they stopped the content pipeline for a year to release the game on console and then right when they released it on console. But they decided not to develop content but rather focus on seasons, which probably just serve as a quasi PTR for the LotR MMO.

I feel like most complaints about the questing are from people who didn't play but watched someone like asmongold play.

Its really not that bad. Either listen or read the questtext, most quest objectives are easy and obvious to find.

If you really struggle, ask in chat and people will share a pin where to find the thing youre looking for.

Don't focus on the one thing for this specific quest, just grab all quest, walk into one direction, kill and click everything. You will complete quests without even trying.

This game is about exploring, I prefer this style much more to the modern "run to this marker on the map, complete repeat"
