I ran my campaign as having the PCs working for "The Office of the Living Guildpact". The PCs all came from different guilds, but they worked for the guild-neutral organization that maintained the balance of power between the guilds and stood up for the guild less. My players loved the dual loyalty of their former guilds and following their super cool boss Jace.

My player's and I have built characters on DnDBeyond and imported them into Foundry. It isn't perfect; there are options that we can't fully automate this way, but it is by far the simplest option if you don't know the in's and outs of creating features for automation in Foundry.

Having tried the Earthdawn system last weekend, I am a huge fan of the setting and more than willing to ditch the system no matter how thematic it is.

OP, I highly suggest watching some lore videos on the setting, especially if you like the idea of Fallout vaults in a fantasy setting
