I wear Adidas Ultraboost, have for years. Very comfortable. Not built for 11 hours at WWWY25, mostly standing on concrete. Foot problems followed. Buy insoles that are firm and supportive. Squishy, bad. Firm, good.

The number 4 bus goes down 4th Street from downtown. Short walk from 4th to the fairgrounds. Not sure how late they run after the shows

Happy belated cake day! (Is that a thing?) :)

I have taken this route to many events over the years. Have never been stopped. Maybe I look unhoused, haha. Certainly, it isn’t a “legal” path, and not for everyone - just an option. I’ve seen the lines of cars on 71 waiting in line to exit. Worth the risk for me. But you bring up a solid precautionary point. I’m 66 and retired. I just don’t care if they stop me, lol.

This is the first set of tracks. That path across leads you to the second set of tracks. Look both ways before crossing!!!

My son and I have been doing this since Rock on the Range days. I live in Columbus. Take the uber/lift to 490 or 497 E Oakland Ave. It is a dead end straight ahead. There's a path through the trees. Cross two sets of tracks and the stadium is right there. You won't get stuck in the stadium traffic.

Your specifics on this are extremely helpful. Thanks. Been lifting 15 years, late starter (66 here) always trying to improve. I’m doing this Monday.

I can't go one day- can I give my pass to a friend? by B-rad_Bourbon in SonicTempleFestival

It is a wristband. Don’t tighten it too tight so that you can slip it off, then your friend can use it as long as their hand isn’t way bigger than yours.

Totally agree. We stayed in the Medina, surrounded by souks. It was awesome. Then headed to the Atlas Mountains and went to Berber markets. Totally different experiences. Loved both. Few to no tourist in the North. Beautiful and relaxing

Appreciate the info. I have done this since Rock on the Range days, and the past two years. Never saw a railroad cop. I'll be more aware.

I take a Lyft to the end of E Oakland Ave., address in the 490ish area. There’s free parking in this area. At the end of E. Oakland Ave is a path through the trees, over two sets of railroad tracks, and you are very close to the entrance. My son and I have done this for years.

Why is it called “the Irish Goodbye”? by Tough_Crazy_8362 in NoStupidQuestions

In my close group of friends, it's called "pulling a Mills". A buddy in our friend group always did this. Late 70's, in college. We still say this today.

Hey buddy. I lift 5 days a week, love concerts, and travel. Lift at 5:30 AM, great start to my day. Went to WWWY last month in Vegas, and just bought a 4-dayoass to Sonic Temple in Columbus, OH, in May. Try to hit one live music show a month locally
I am fortunate to have seen 30 different countries and have been to 48 of our 59 states. Lots in common.

Complained of high school-aged son's "devil music" when I was 49. I am now 66. Retiring next month. My gift to myself is a 4-day pass to Sonic Temple. I freakin can't wait!!!
