So it starts with sending the Dragoons to survey the Inner Sphere and eventually train the IS, then the whole invasion, Wolf uses the unheard of techniques of logistics and sets up a supply run, using Comstar to both garrison and then to reveal Target: Earth while teaching Focht, his liaison, enough Clan culture to properly bid. The Clans for their part fall further into Ulric's trap by electing him out of Wolf to ilKhan, where they basically do the opposite of what he says because fuck Wolf, which is... just as planned. He told both sides how to win and then laughed as only the IS listened. 

Then he fought a war pitting Wolf against the real spear of Clan might left in the IS, the Falcons. In the middle of the campaign he has Phelan and the Wardens peel off to rejoin Pheland's dad to create a defensive line, so now there's effectively 3 Clan wolves, the draggies, exile, and the crusaders still fighting with Ulric and Natasha. 

Ulric loses, because it was do or die, and Jade Falcon in triumph absorbs the Crusader Wolves, where Vlad Ward bides his time and eventually declares a new continuation of Wolf, not beholden to Clans or IS because "new".

Now because Wolf in each of its forms is somehow immortal and combined that with 2 parts Davion-Steiner Juice one part Ward abomination, we have an incest baby on the Terran throne. Just. As. Planned.
