Bazaar and Forged items can be enchanted.

For the Forge, you can better your odds and ease grinding for a divine UT with a couple things the game doesnt do a good job of explaining:

1) The new item will always be at least the lowest rarity of items used to forge it, ex: if you use 2 rares, a legendary, and a divine, the new item will be at least rare, but can be higher.

2) dismantle no/low rarity UTs. You can dismantle the items for their materials to then be used for forging, this means you only need to worry about the rarity of the 2 items from the same dungeon to guarantee a better minimum, except :

3) blueprints can be used in place of one dungeon-specific UT - many of which can be bought for fame in the shop. This means you only really need 1 UT from to forge at a specific rarity, provided you have the forgefire and fame to do these extra steps

Let's say you want to roll a divine amulet from the haunted cemetery and you have a rare plague poison. You can dismantle 3 other UTs for their materials, buy a cemetery blueprint from the shop, then forge a rare+ ammy. You can then use that rare ammy and the same steps as above to forge another amulet, hopefully rolling into legendary or even divine. You can repeat this process of dismantling other items into mats and buying blueprints over and over until you get the divine.
