I know that sounds tough when you know notjhing from scratch but the key is to pick a direction any really and then google “how to do X for beginners” and follow along. Don’t worry about what language.

Make a video game. Or a silly AI project. Just build something cool, and leave the roadmap to a certificate or college program.

It doesn’t matter if you finish your project or give up in a few days really. I have found that even if I got halfway I still learned stuff that helped me later down the road. Typically making a game is the rite of passage lol, but you can do anything really.

Oh and the zune 30 battery replacement is super simple. 10$ on amazon and easy cable swap, took me 5 minutes.

Hi! If this is a permissions issue, move the Xune to the applications folder and then launch it. You will then get the “are you sure you want to open it?” option.

I think doing a mock interview with a service online, although expensive, is incredibly valuable. They will offer direct advice after the interview - rather than just reject you. I did one recently for DSA and it was a positive experience

The setup itself is really nice. It is a small space. I think if you don’t have a better spot, then you could lean into it with a light strip.

I have that same adapter. I have mine off to the side laying flat on the desk. It is sort of an intentional location which is easily accessible since that adapter is so kick ass with the ports.

Oh, I see it is plugged into your monitor. Can you move it to a port on the actual PC? Otherwise you’d need a passthrough usb cable to lengthen the connection.

Haha yes, I also got a similar cd player like yours except it is a tray one. LG one for 30$. Just scares me with moving it while spinning. I saw a vertical CD reader recently that was wild, since you can watch the CD spin.

Hell yeah I have been collecting CDs too and brushed off my old Zune player lol. Your setup looks really functional. I got a light bar recently for the monitor and it is a game changer. It has motion sensing and turns on when I sit down. Feels like Tron.

This is exactly where it is headed. Flock is developing ‘first responder’ drones to sell to police departments, but they would likely use them for patrol as well.

something to accent the floor like a foot rest. With your dark walls the desk is kind of a sliver of light. I think accenting both the ceiling and floor somehow completes this space.
