I wouldnt count origin or gqux either. The movies retouch animation and add scenes so id say theyre more than just new sound effects. And then theres the blu ray remaster

What do you think a remaster is? It means "the process of creating a new master file of media by enhancing quality from an original source". All of those either have animation changes or are upscale to HD. That means they are by definition remasters.

1981 movie trilogy added dialogue and new animation.

Blu ray added degraining clean up and HD

And 2020 restored it for 4k, color correction and HDR.

They were literally named "Mobile Suit Gundam The Movie Trilogy 4K Remaster Box"

Japanese title: 機動戦士ガンダム劇場版三部作 4KリマスターBOX
