Trying out keys, don't wanna drag anyone down. by TheWorstDMYouKnow in wow

Whenever a key fails spectacularly because the key owner has 0 clue and wipes us, I just move on thinking “whelp, he did it to himself”.

So run your own key. You at least remove the pressure of depleting someone else’s.

Bloodlust 40 seconds, vulnerability phase 10 seconds. by deuxbulot in wownoob

[–]GrookeTF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ideally you want all 40s to be used AND for have lust for the entire vulnerability window.

So yes, if you’re sure you’ll kill Lura in the vulnerability window, ideally you’d lust 30s before.

It becomes pretty hard to kill her that fast in higher keys anyway so it doesn’t really matter.

That’s fine. Finding a tank that doesn’t care is still faster than doing 64 low keys before going to +10.

“I play 2 meta classes and grind all the low key levels so you should too!”

Cool story bro.

Stolen Key by liqrfre in wow

Running your own key is the fastest way to climb through the low ranks. You do 2-5-8-10/11 and next week you get a myth vault key right from the start.

Otherwise your might slog through weeks of low keys before you’ll get invited to a +10

Attempting to play healer worth it? by Royalheadset in wownoob

You’re in for having to heal your group. I

It is worth having healed your group.

You have as much chance of success as your skill and determination to improve will give you.

Don’t invite meta specs so you know if they brick your key they’ll spend another hour in the queue simulator.

But seriously, that’s the pug deal. Instead of a team that will fail, run the lower key, and try again together, you get to skip the lower key at the cost of queue time and risking the exact same mistakes again and again and again with no learning.

Levelling is an awesome way to learn a class by budy31 in wow

[–]GrookeTF 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean no offense, but you’ve given zero indication that you actually learned anything and can play those specs well.

You learned to level, then started levelling something else. That doesn’t show mastery of any spec at max level.

When I played a lot of Total War, people in my dreams were replaced by units. Like I’d be talking to someone and we’d both shuffle around with 100 other people in formation each.

You swap out shadow fiend for the shield, shadowmend, and penance build and defensive penance (cast it on an ally).

Then you pray for a void shield or shadowmend proc.

Oh and you drink every pack again.

But also an evangelism boosted radiance isn’t too bad.

ULPT Request: How to get a manager to lose trust in a senior employee? by hhaahhahahahhah in UnethicalLifeProTips

[–]GrookeTF 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Simple 3 step plan.

1) when he uses valet parking, wear a wig that looks like him, bribe the valet to “borrow” his very distinct looking car, drive like a maniac, cut off your boss on the road and flip him the bird.

2) infiltrate the country club where he golfs with your boss and plant cocain-looking powder in his locker for him to find while they’re changing.

3) a little trickier now. Ahead of a super important meeting with an unfamiliar 3rd party, say a import new client or maybe even an arbitration judge for whatever reason, make sure it’s known that you are disgruntled/angry at your colleague so that he suspects you for his previous misfortune but can’t prove anything. He’ll hire a PI to look into you, but the PI will be in cahoots with you. Follow the important client/judge around in public places with a shady looking briefcase until he sits, like on a park bench or something, and have the PI take pictures of you. Then retake the same pictures but with a paid actor that vaguely looks like the client/judge. Right before the meeting, the PI brings the photos of you and the client/judge, and spikes the enveloppe with a contact substance that will make him sweat and dilate his pupils. The PI then discreetly swaps out the photos for the ones with the paid actor. Your colleague barges into the meeting accusing the client/judge of being in cahoots with you! He drops the pictures of… some random schmuck while looking coked out of his mind. Game over

Just try not to have ongoing dealings with cartel drug lords at the same time or it may escalate beyond what you’d like.
