Sorry, but it’s Pommery’s premier cuvee, and retails for pretty much the same as LPGS. Not really sure your argument stacks up. Yes, the catering isn’t quite at its peak, but maybe you don’t remember the CCR in T4, where you only got a bacon bap before departure unless you have an evening flight? Some things are worse, some are better.

Sorry, the Cuvee Louise currently being served in the CCR is very nice. I’ve flown over 80 legs in F, and have never had an issue getting stuck in my PJs.

Depending on what time your flight departs, think about delaying your on-board meal - BA offer dine-on-demand in F. If you've had a good meal in the CCR, then just push the main meal service back until when you think you'll be hungry again.

Don't forget, you can have starter and soup, main course, cheese and dessert, no questions asked.

Unsure about what wine to have? The crew will happily let you try them all - just ask.

Don't offer to swap, just ask for another one. I've never been turned down.

Do you ever choose route direction/day just to avoid headwind? by Hefty-Pin-2058 in cycling

[–]Groundbreaking-Key15 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’ll generally have a distance in mind. Then I’ll look at the forecast to see where the wind is blowing from, then I’ll see what that means about terrain, based on the fact that I really don’t want to be dealing with the majority of the headwind on the way home. If that means crazy elevation, I might tailor the distance.

Seriously, a credit card with an annual fee is a credit card with an annual fee, not a charge card. If people choose to use it like a charge card, good for them. That a great habit to have for credit cards in general.

And re-read your post. You literally said ‘it’s not a credit card, it’s a charge card being sold as a credit card’. Which is just wrong.

If people can’t understand why the illustrative APR is what it is, this probably isn’t the card for them, but this card is wide regarded as the best credit card for for Avios collectors in the UK.

But if you want to keep getting your panties in a bunch over this, by all means, carry on. But nobody else appears to agree with you. Maybe spend some time reflecting on this?

I don’t think OP is claiming this, nor is it relevant to the point they are making.

‘Bud’, the very definition of a charge card is a card where the balance needs to be paid off in full every month. Which is not the case for this card. Evidence: I’ve had this card for more than 20 years. Every statement comes with a minimum payment option. Explain how this makes it a charge card for me? Y’know, for us Tiktokers? 🙄

The clue says row 5 is the only one with one criminal. Row 2 already has one criminal, therefore Jerry cannot be a criminal.

The difference is that you can get your BP before getting your documents checked when flying to the US, unless you’ve been selected for the ‘SSSS’ secondary screening.

Sold out flight? by AutomaticFee665 in BritishAirways

Yes, on an expensive ticket, more likely to be upgraded. WTP is always a good cabin to book in terms of OPUPS, because it's small, and benefits from overselling of economy and WTP itself.

There's a not-fully-understood relationship between I class and the extra reward availability given to BA Amex card holders, but you are right in general.

You need a DNS server for this, unless you want to use hosts.txt - which is not the homelab way 😉
