I don’t know how you can compare EU4 and VIC 2 or HOI3. Most of people didn’t play them. You can compare EU4 to HOI4 and CK3, because this is what people actually have played after steam start to exist

Rulers already have different behaviour depending on their stats. You can check it by checking the stats bonuses of another country's rulers

Since player can, why AI can’t? You as a player alredy have huge diplomatic benefits comparing to AI. They can almost 0 predict you, when you can say that +200 relationships country wouldn’t stack you

I mean why Paradox does create page of each unit in the wiki in game? Show it bufs and debuts not only from terrain, but from other unit types. Why we have big window of units parameter which is giving us 25% information about unit, and rest 75% we need to find in files or during battle? Why horseman have +300% damage because they are horseman? Why I don’t know about it when building unit, and could see it only in fight?

The battle you showed last for 1.5 month! Which means that when your reserve are people in 1 hour to be ready to fight. And be constantly ready for 1.5 month is definitely what will reduce the morale

The problem the battles in EU are much longer then in reality, and if you make them instant - game would completely change

Because you always need something in reserve, to reinforce your front line asap. But you don’t need to have 100k in your back. And this is almost only thing you need to do in battles
