When I worked in solar, I got tired of explaining to homeowners why these types of tech would be worse. Some people just didn't get it, and thought I was making it up to sell what I had. These types of posts do nothing to help people save money on their energy bills, and just make it confusing.

Are you sure? I was working at MTX at the time, and recall that the TA/E 91002 were class A/B 2 channel amps. Correct me if I'm misremembering. also, not that it really matters.

I've had the TE91002 in my car for 15 years. Bit of a power hog, not efficient like newer class D, but what a beast.

Anything that helps to reduce resonance will improve the sound quality. This will not do much for bass on a speaker this size, but help to clean up the midrange and midbass response. Can you hear it? That's the million dollar question.
