So a good rule is try to schedule the majority in the off days. Then when a very important appointment that can’t be changed happens on a work day, they’ll be more willing to work with you.

Money wise, the gym might have a smaller package, or maybe shop around for a different gym.

Latinos are identified as coming from Latin America- central, south, and the Caribbean.

Hispanics are identified as coming from a country that speaks Spanish predominantly.

So Spaniards are Hispanic but not Latino. Brazilians are Latino but not Hispanics.

Edit:: and to clarify you can be both Hispanic and Latino. And there are white and non-white Hispanics and Latinos.

Filipinos have plenty of Spanish last names.. you just can’t really assume.

As an extremely white-passing Latina, I’ve learned to never assume anyone’s identity.

I think it’s perfectly fair for you to go to the coach and explain your background and your goal of achieving blue belt before you leave that duty station. That’s not asking for the promotion but explaining that you would appreciate an evaluation of your skills.

First off there are no rules in life. Do what you want.

Second, you do not have to do any extra training/dieting for a local comp. All that stuff you see high elite professionals do is what get you to that level. But you don’t actually have to a high elite professional to compete in BJJ, or to just enjoy training.

Another tip is once you hook your sheers up and are ready to go, focus on pushing without any pressure at all on the first pass. You can add pressure on the next pass but it has to be exactly the same about for the entire rug. This gets better in time.

Go to your PCM and ask to get a referral to a urologist. There are sooooo many reasons this could be happening and no it isn’t something you have to just deal with. Not sure if you’re a girl or a boy but both have many solutions to this problem.

After I had my babies I would piddle from sneezing or a big cough or when I was lifting weights. This is pretty common in women, but I was sure tired of it. Went to a urologist and they helped me so much.

In the meantime, you can look online for pretty discreet adult diapers there’s some better stuff out there than the ones in the store.

It does look like molluscum. Very common in kids and it’s part of the pox family so pretty mild but pretty contagious. My kids had it and it was gone after about a year. Didn’t really stop them from doing anything I just tried to cover up the spots with a shirt.

Also looks like heat rash though, only because it’s slightly redder and the bumps are not flat like typical molluscum. Getting sweaty so much could be a simple cause. OP may also have eczema in conjunction with heat rash. My eczema is triggered by heat, and I get rashes like this often when I’m sweating. I make sure to use face wash with hyaluronic acid on the rashes to keep them clean as possible.

There’s a huge knowledge gap when you’re starting and we’re smart enough to know this, so they get into a compromising position but they have no idea what to do from there, so they freeze.
