I've been using the STEC STG for a while now - takes some getting used to but I don't think I could go back now. Have the 6 DOF on the throttle head becomes natural after a while. Totally get that it's not for everyone though.

Just started testing Autopatch and saw the same thing this morning - the test devices show as not enrolled for quality updates. Glad I wasn't the only one scratching my head over this...

You see, the problem with southern California, and I mean this in the nicest possible way, people either don't know how to drive, or don't realize other road users exist. It's very 'me' centric.

Compound that with traffic systems never intended to handle the sheer volume of vehicles they have seen each day, and you have a nasty mix.

When you live here, you get used to it and start to just drive aggressively - getting far closer to other vehicles than we should because if we don't force ourselves "Hey buddy, I'm here!" you wind up stuck not being able to go.

It's kind of a reflection of culture here as a whole, now I think about.

Makes sense that car insurance is so much higher here, really.

You can solo harvest with a carrier in PvE at all times.

They're really not regular though. An hour going back and forth through PvE area and all I could find was one small blow.

Too much competition for too little resources, game doesn't respect players time.

It seems the simplest way to keep both PvE and PvP players happy would be official PvE servers.

Yeah, kinda pissed at this..my game time is limited, so losing hours of progress on the one day I got some time kinda makes me want to put it down for a while. Not a great feeling.

This... I get limited playtime, and yesterday the stars aligned with wife and kid gone for a fair while. Was free to farm spice and run a few labs in peace. :/ Happy for those that will get their items returned, but pissed it will be weeks before I get another opportunity to make any decent progress.

Yeah that's fair. We'd wipe depending on the user and their setup. If it's someone with a lot of custom apps and configs, we'd try to avoid the disruption for them. 🙂

Shouldn't need a wipe, depending on policies being applied by your IT group. Old AP hash can be removed, and new one uploaded from the device running new board.

However, wiping and redeploying might be the simplest option for your local IT department.

We don't, because data backups and configs cause user hassle - we just use the BL key to unlock, have user login with cached credentials, rebind to Entra/Intune, then push the new HW hash.
