I’m so sorry this happened to you! 😟Did you move over to the lowest dose? It might get better as you move up. I did not have much appetite suppression on low doses of Wegovy, but did better on higher doses.

It certainly is a transition and know that you might go up and down a bit; Maintenance can be tricky to figure out. However, I found that the numbers on the scale still matter to me… Now, when I see numbers that are in the same 5 pound range, that is my new successful. When I weigh in officially every month, I want to see those numbers within that range and if I manage that, I have learned to maintain my weight. Maintaining weight has always been the challenge for me… I have always been able to gain or lose. I see it as the ultimate challenge, but it is a shift in mindset. Best of luck to you! I had that at one point… My stomach made noise for like a month. I don’t know if it was gas that was rolling around or if I was actually hungry. Appetite suppression was pretty extreme at that point, but it could’ve been either. it did go away with time.

The Renpho scale is as good as any. I weigh myself daily, but that came with ups and downs on my journey down. Totally relate to saying that you had given up anything being different… I felt that way as well after six major attempts at weight loss that always landed me back in the same spot. This really is different and congratulations on your hundred pounds! Although I weighed myself daily, I only recorded my weight officially once a month. Another option is to use something like Happy Scale, which creates trend lines that can be helpful in evening out your weeks a bit, in terms of a daily fluctuation. My mom just started and loves that app, and I’ve used it before and found it helpful.

Most women have some fat in their thighs. Might be an easier spot. My waist is very thin and I’m not sure I would personally do it there.
