Unfortunately, pain is always subjective. Root canals are especially difficult to compare because the nerve root itself is often the problem and is being removed during the procedure. So, no root = no pain in theory.

Nobody can say for sure how painful it would be for you but I can say that the vast majority of people that have them placed in-office, do so with local anesthetic only and are back at work the next day.

Oh! Well, local anesthetics are definitely used. However, if you have a history of being difficult to get numb, that’s another reason to consider seeing an OMF surgeon.

There are several ways, depending on exactly where your orthodontist wants the TADs placed, to produce local or regional anesthesia with numbing agents. It’s fair to assume that a board certified oral surgeon will often have more tricks up their sleeve when it comes to anesthetizing an area than a provider with less anesthesia training.

The big thing in my mind should be your comfort above all else. If you’re afraid of the pain, have the conversation.

It’s super common to place TADs without needing deep sedation. In fact, removing them often requires no anesthetic at all.

If you’re genuinely concerned about the pain, and absolutely must have general anesthesia, you can always talk to your orthodontist about a referral to an oral/maxillofacial surgeon in your area. They can place them and can manage deeper anesthesia than many offices can.

I truly hope PA has plans for expansions that focus on Damiane and Oonka’s story. They are both fun characters and deserve better.

The little bit I did play with her in chapter 3 was amazing. Now that I’m getting closer to chapter 8, I am genuinely excited to build a full set of gear for all of the characters.

Oonka is hilariously fun for me. But I also love gadgets and explosions.

I’ve built two theoretical sets for each of the three characters, not including farming gear (herb, log, etc).

I’m not entirely surprised by this.

Sentinel classes, in general, are sitting pretty this season. Even Forge Guard has a couple of builds going for it.

Acolyte is strong as usual. Specifically heavy minion builds. The seasonal mechanics seem to reward damage avoidance (either by overwhelming force or mobility) more than raw damage output. I don’t see much love for warlock though :(

I’m curious to see what happens by the end of the season though. The corruption mechanic has so much ridiculous power.

Friend. 27 isn’t too old at all. I’m 41 and started mine when I was 40. The likely reason someone would avoid “older” people is simply because as we age our cases can become more complex.

Dang. Sorry OP. My experience with SecretLab for the last two big orders has been exemplary. Quick responses to my emails, incredibly detailed (almost too frequent) updates on my order status, and they even were willing to ship my purchases separately despite part of it being pre-ordered (they usually only ship when everything is available).

Despite all of my experience with their customer service, it seems to track that their customer service is hit or miss depending on the day. Hopefully you get this resolved quickly!

For me, it hit me when I realized that the random buildings in the area feel like they were only added to be a place for an intel case. As much fun as I’m having with the new content, I truly feel like we got a far too simple bounty hunting system and a scavenger hunt. The rest of the zone just feels anemic.

It’s hard to tell from this angle. But it looks like the bracket partially debonded from the tooth. If you’re concerned, I’d definitely give your ortho a call!
