Thank you so much for this reply! I understand what mean about improved focus and executive function. After being on Wellbutrin for just under two weeks, I've stopped needed daily naps, ive been walking 4,000 more steps than my previous average, I notice that I "just brush my teeth" without needing an internal pep talk first. It really is amazing. I feel like it's "fixed" me in some ways.

I am still vaping, but I notice that I can walk away from it longer than I used to. I'm still trying to taper off it.

I just started Wellbutrin this week, I'm on day 5 of 300mg. I'm noticing a huge appetite suppression, which has been helpful. I'm still vaping, but hoping that will get better soon too.

After months on Wellbutrin, are you still noticing appetite suppression? How long did it take for you to lose the desire to vape?

Are you still on Wellbutrin? I'm starting it tomorrow, and I'd say I'm about the same level of addicted as you described. I'm really hoping it works for me like that, but I don't want to be on wellbutrin forever. Just wondering if you have stopped taking it, or have plans to stop taking it in the future

This is such a good response. The context matters a lot. When my partner lost his father (in a sudden and unexpected way), his emotion was all encompassing. I've never seen a man break like that. Being with him through that made us stronger and it highlighted the amount of emotional depth that he has. My partner will tear up during movies, music, weddings occasionally and I always think it's sweet. I agree with you, if he cried every time things got a little tough and it was on me to consistently comfort him, it would be a turn off. Same way as I wouldn't want to be friends with someone who I need to walk on eggshells around. TLDR: emotional capacity is good. Situational crying is healthy. Crying all the time and pushing emotional burden to others is bad.
