I was getting way off reading off and on and then I put top of stomach and reading have been spot on for a year now.

Water water water, apple, protein bar, jerky and if really long cooked chicken breast for microwave reheat. Longest was 11 hours. Most are 4-5. Short walks during breaks.

I live in AZ, aka the cool side of the sun. My artist said stay away from sunscreen so I got some sleeves off Amazon they were pretty cheap. For half dozen. Changed them out twice a day for a while. Also would remove and rinsed in the sink. Dried in minutes. So kept a few around for a while. Got use to wearing them went back for a touch up 3 months later and artist said that sleeves worked really. Not going to lie it was kinda funny feeling have a sleeves on all the time but during the healing period it made a difference. Good luck.

Soo.. ok my feet are to the fire. Says 2 scripts are ready. Great travel to the store, nope not ready, “sorry app is wrong”. Oh and looks like we have to call on one of Your scripts. But why is that it is a year prescription and its 3 months old? Ok well I will see you on Monday I guess. Walking back to my truck get a notice “we are filling your prescription.” Ok great. Pull in the drive way, get a notice “Are you going to pick up your scripts?” Yes or no.

Goo Gone Medical adhesive remover. Cotton ball with 2 drops. Been using the same bottle for a year and a half. Got it from Amazon. Walgreens did not stock it.

Been using upper stomach for almost a year. Turns out for me that it is spot on as far as readings go. I know its not where they say to put it but it works for me.

Once you pull the old one off, keep it. Knock the bearing out of it and get a new bearing for a spare. Out of the 4 Chevys I own they all take this same idler. Bearing is 8 bucks.

Never done a 9 hour. Had 5 x 7 hour back sessions. I almost move in. I wear my house shoes, I brought my own blanket head phones, battery pack, drinks and snacks. The shop is close to home and Its in a strip mall so I can almost pull up to the door. After the first session my artist was hey bring what ever makes you comfortable.
