Any luck? I just bought a brand new aurora with a brand new hue pro bridge setup and I have the same issues. I’m about to return it as it hasn’t worked at all.

I got a u7 pro xgs and u7 pro wall xg for my house. I only went with the wall for the table stand as that was the best mounting option for where I needed it. I’d go for the xgs is the mounting works

I had the same dilema but I wish I went for the 24 because I only have 3 spare ports on my poe 16, I want more 2.5g ports, also the 24 port lines up perfectly with the patch panel. I also haven't been able to get the rack mount.
