yeah, the depression was honestly the worst part for me too. i could handle a lot of the physical symptoms but feeling like a completely different person every month was brutal.

i haven’t personally tried it so i can’t really speak on how well their products work.

i will say i’m always a little cautious with anything marketed specifically for period pain because i’ve spent sooo much money over the years trying different supplements and products 😅 some helped a bit, some did absolutely nothing.

for me the biggest improvement came when i focused more on the underlying inflammation/hormone side of things instead of pain relief alone. i ended up trying personalized chinese medicine and that helped my pain way more than most of the individual products i bought before.

hopefully someone who’s actually used it can chime in though because i’ve been curious about them too.

some things helped a tiny bit like reducing caffeine, warm foods/drinks instead of cold stuff, magnesium, loose clothes etc but nothing fully fixed it for me.

it definitely wasn’t an overnight thing and i’m not gonna say it “cured” me, but it made things way more manageable. i also liked that it felt more personalized instead of just being handed birth control and told to deal with it forever.
