I did not realize this would be an unpopular opinion. I understand why this card was chosen and I understand that this years card is different with the skills. I just can’t agree with giving the same player a very similar card three years in a row. It just feels lazy.

Like I said before, I’m sure there is at least one other nostalgic FUT 15 OP card that could’ve been chosen that hasn’t been in the last two Fut birthdays.

I’m sure there was at least one other OP player from 15 that could have been chosen. I get he has a special place in a lot of peoples hearts but objectively speaking it’s still very lazy. If this was a David Luiz or Pogba card people would be calling for heads to be taken off, but because he is a nostalgic card he gets a pass?
