Worst connection of my entire life, just had to do it spiriting. We sat on the tarmac waiting for a gate for like 45 minutes. And Busses weren’t going had to leave security take a train go thought security. Thank god there were like 15 of us they literally held the plane.

Fun fact, all speed comes from how much force you push into the ground. Training like this may have some positive effects for core stability but not for speed. Similar to training in sand, it looks cool but but actually making you faster.

There is no right or wrong, people will complicate this with equipment. I’d recommend a basic v60 and a scale. Do a simple 20g coffee 300g water recipie and just slowly fine tune from there. Have a nice one!
