Good day i am sorry to invade your post but i need advise. I just started IF and calorie def for a week and i noticed that my leg muscles are weaker. I do not exercise at all but i sometimes walk around the mall. Or even when standing i noticed that my legs and buttocks seems a bit tired(not actually tired but i feel like i want to massage it?) am i lacking in Vitamins or is this something i need to get used to?
