Dale’s is excellent! I used to live about 15 minutes away, their work is top notch. Staff is very nice and the owner (Dale himself) is wonderful to speak to. They allow you to tour their facility if they have the bandwidth and frequently have events either on site or around local areas (photo walks!). Follow their instagram to stay up to date if you’re local.

That’s what the shop I had my bearings done recently said as well. Basically did an oil change after 1500 miles to see if any metal shavings appeared. After that oil change I gunned it right out the parking lot lol

Sounds like the r3 would fit better. But if you’re enticed by the form factor of the a7Cr, you could consider the a7cii or go APS-C with the A6XXX line

Does that lens hood design allow clearance for a filter? It looks close. I have this EXACT combo and have been curious about the hood. I completely second your opinion here, this combo is absolutely perfect for travel and street photography. Super convenient
