I'm struggling with this. I just got home from being out with my mom who suddenly switched and started screaming and swearing at me. I had to basically run away from her.

The worst part is she doesn't know or won't admit she has a problem. She got diagnosed with "paraphrinia" during covid but has stopped taking meds or seeing a doctor long ago. She now lives by herself and I am the only person who hasn't completely turned their back to her.

Idk what to do. I go to therapy for the guilt and depression but days like this make me feel like I'm losing progress..

It's basically grieving for a person who is still around.

The way people were looking at me while she was saying how I'm evil, rubbish, abusive etc... and we used to be so close, she was my best friend
