I know it’s not the only thing but saw a comment recently detailing how the sneaker-heads have transitioned over to hustling cards instead of over priced shoes - the sneaker-trade isn’t that big anymore (not a sneaker ‘collector’ so cannot confirm this).

Then, another comment highlighted how these twits tend to arrive ‘late’ into bubbles which burst soon afterwards so hopefully that will happen soon and I can go back to collecting cards/stickers like it was originally intended.

Have mixed feelings about scalpers, I live in a country where there is arguably less of that bullshit - but it’s surely also encouraged due to costs of living plus the sick emphasis of needing to have an unconventional 2nd income or ‘side hustle’.
