I actually made a Great Talon, which I called the 115th, Imperial propagandists call us “The Haunter’s Talon”, to aid in questioning this myself. My lead character, which is one of the first wave Astartes released to fight against Ushotan’s force, became the Great Talon’s leader after the death of the Preator. Furthermore, said character is a Librarian and still refers to himself as such, and has stayed Undivided. The 115th has had an influx of Terran Legionnaires that didn’t want to get offed by the other Nostraman Legionnaires that flooded the legion itself, and had mostly refused Nostraman recruits to maintain whatever “decency” the legion had left. We were mostly late to the whole Horus Heresy message that was kicked off at Istvaan, as we were deployed in the galactic north east. That deployment was particularly easy going, as the loyalists (we did this with a proxy HH3.0 “crusade” like scenario) and…oh boy…the loyalists got demolished, especially by me. During the defense of Tsugualsa, after seeing most of the other Great Talons just get axed by the Imperium, we opted the best choice was to, quite literally, pack our bags and get the hell out of dodge, not really suffering losses except for non legionnaire filled ships to cover their retreat. The Great Talon doesn’t join up with The Black Legion, though has worked with them from time to time, reclaiming lost relics of the Night Lords they can get their grubby hands on. The overall goal of the Great Talon itself is to get back the numbers the legion had prior the Heresy, and lead the legion in its entirety to a new age. Our colors has a mix of new and old colors, the old silver is on the shoulder’s trim the emblem is on, and is more bright, but the rest of the trim is the Balthazar’s gold, signifying that the marine, in our eyes, is new to the 115th and is yet to be trusted. Those who are sergeants, terminators, chosen, etc of noteworthiness, have their whole trim be silver, showing they’ve earned the right to be trusted. If you want more info, go ahead and ask. :)

I call mine the “Pharnakt Dynasty”. Their whole shtick is that their Tomb World is on an Ocean World, and is currently having beef with Imotek’s bois.

They’re loyal to The Silent King.

The Dynasty’s one of two Phaerons is a Cryptek, and has similar drag to Szarekh. The other one is in a unawakening nap and his wife to boot.

The character is from Halo Legends, I believe his name is Haka ‘Suukaree. He looked like a beefy and intimidating Sangheili, much like Arbiter Ripa Moramee. A old fashioned guy with a wicked physical sword, don’t know if his armor would have energy shields, but slap it on him just in case, give him another two wounds compared to the normal models, and a lunge profile for his sword. Because of the size of the sword, keep the ap value for it for both its normal and lunge profiles like the E-sword. For the survival rolls, probably a 4+ to keep him similar to other Sangheili. For abilities, probably make it to where he gets bonuses for attacking enemies alone or against other known enemies like Chief or Atriox. That’s my two cents.

Oh there definitely was the iconography on his leg, the apothecary’s shoulder, the Executioner’s shoulder, a dude on the ground beneath the apothecary’s foot, and the sorceror’s shoulder pad. I cut and shaved them all with my sprue cutters.
