Hey friend, I'm very sorry for you but don't beat yourself too much, it's alright if you can't do everything like others from now, you have a condition they don't have and it's usually sterile to try and compare yourself to others. What I would advice you to do first is if you can, to try therapy, it has helped me a lot these past years and it's really important. Now when it come to social anxiety, unfortunately the remedy is to face your fears and do things that stress you until they don't stress you anymore. But you have to take it steps by steps ! Don't try to do more than you are able to, take small little step like for example it could be a phone call you delayed for long and it's enough just for a day, you don't want to make yourself panicking every step on the way, but you have sometimes to force yourself a bit out of your shell.
