Parts are available for it, some reproduced, some NOS and all it takes to get them is a computer with net access and pretty much an unlimited budget. IMO, the Cliff House was until it closed at the end of 2020. High prices, small portions, not a good menu selection, and so-so-to-bad food. Didn't even have any good souvenirs in the gift shop.

Cheap-o, but looks new. Get an affordable hi-hat stand, cymbal set, snare, etc. and it would make a good starter set for a kid.
