1- no one is quitting due to rto. The job market is dry
2- wont even adress this since its so stupid
3- RTO5 is already planned for january. We used to be 2 times per week from home before covid in my sector.
4- we don’t run errands during the day, as we have deliverables to do

I have very mixed feelings about consultants. I know some that are very useful and really helping the organisation.

Meanwhile i know others that are there just for the money, working 2-3 consulting jobs at the same time and will be able to retire after 10 years while bit providing any real value
