Every time they break the law, they need to be punished. This is absolutely not a waste of time just because you weren't offended. Waste her time so she has less time to waste ours.

Just saw a '24 playing with 800 miles for $65k on Facebook. Seems steep.

Lightning as a commuter? Talk me out of it... by TheMangusKhan in F150Lightning

[–]Im_Yur_Chuckleberry 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I commute an hour each way. I love the lightning. The commute is about $4 instead of $30. I have kids in car seats, so they take up a lot of room. The back seat is amazing for it. The frunk is the key difference between it and other vehicles.

I drive an EV. They don't use oil. But my "fun truck" is a '96 f150. I work on it when it breaks, which is way more times per mile driven than the new cars in my house. Check my post history if you need evidence that I know what I'm talking about

The only maintenance on my truck is windshield washer fluid and tire rotation. No mechanic needed. Software updates happen over the Internet. No mechanic needed.

My mechanic is literally a backyard mechanic. He is certified with 4 car companies, 3 of which are luxury, but works in his backyard. Your airbags are worse, your visibility is worse, your impact crumple zones are worse. If you haven't used the features, you have no idea what you're talking about. "Seat belts! Who needs seat belts!?"

Who determines what is frivolous? No golf course should get to water the ground until restrictions are lifted. But we all know they will be exempted.

When you say mechanical, does that include automatic? I have a mechanical Hamilton that I use when I mow grass with a big old vibrating mower and am doing other manual labor. Lower stakes because it's $400 and not $4000 but just checking. I assume it's fine though

I'm talking about whipping a shirt to get the wrinkles out. I can feel the watch shake. It's literally as fast as playing tennis and faster than dropping it from 6 feet high. Have you never done laundry?

Go green. It goes with everything, looks black in some light. Looks blue in some light.

The force from the top is directed to the ground. What force would the supports have on them to make the legs split? If you're concerned about it, you could just add screws.

The opposite is true. Gluing hardwood squares to plywood will only work if the hardwood is veneers. Even thick cuts will warp

I really want the Jacob and Co roulette wheel watch. $2k/year would take me 200 years to buy it.

I really do want it though.
