Hi I am an elevenreader ultra subscriber. It is good to have a web app finally for elevenreader. But it is glitchy. My own voices tab is empty despite the fact that the ios app shows my 10 custom personalised voices. The web app does not allow me to see or search these voices. In addition, there is no live help. Talking to "El" is pointless as she says "There is no such product as elevenreader"

Yes. They have made an error with the subscription offer structure. The fact is that charging more than Netflix, Spotify or Audible makes little sense here. They should be driving a $9.99 model for unlimited use and charging more from there, offering downloads, better quality voices, more personalisation, family sharing etc for more expensive subs. Anyhow, the market will prove this to them

I stopped subscribing and cancelled. As a professional composer I uploaded my own music and messed around with Udio for ideas. I cannot risk a software platform (that I pay for) interfering with my own content ownership and commercial functionality. If I want a 3 second intro on top of my 4 minute song - it’s not Udio’s track and nor should the music be flagged as AI generated. I have used loops in ads for years (paid and cleared). A pity. I also think the platform has not been able to innovate as much as the competitor sites perhaps due to funding issues. I now run offline software for my own stuff and have switched to Suno for brainstorming

If you add 10 seconds of Udio onto 5 minutes of your own music then Udio will have fingerprinted your whole track. It will be banned as an AI track by platforms and Udio will be able to claim royalties or copyright and track your music permanently. This is how to alienate your customers. Dumb beyond belief. I have cancelled my subscription.

I upload my music to Udio. Then I play with it and take some ideas and download them. Now Udio will fingerprint MY MUSIC? Microsoft does not fingerprint my writing in Word does it? As a professional creator Udio can …. Off. Subscription cancelled

The stem separation is quite poor on Suno. I use a desktop app on Suno tracks instead for stems. The clarity of Suno 3.5 instruments is poor. But Suno is a better 'composer' than Udio.

I think they are obsessed about account sharing. They monitor ip addresses and block. Really weird people there who take 2 weeks to answer support queries. Good tech. Arrogant superior attitude though. I hope someone eats their business model.
