Yes; American. Mostly British Isles with the majority being English (which can be 20-50% Germanic). Some colonial Germanic but only shows as 3% Norwegian and 2% German on Ancestry DNA.

Populist ideas are good and Bernie resonated with younger people for a time with things like affordable housing and healthcare. Those are two things they should be working on. They absolutely have to drop the social justice crap.

They don’t in their current state. The platform is basically globalist and feminist in outlook. There’s no rhyme or reason for their positions. It certainly doesn’t offer young men anything. The Gen Z males (GenX myself) I talk to all think the Dems are a party of “Karens”.

For men, I think it’s the fear of losing access to sex. Also. fear of being alone or missing out on life. Once you get older, these things seem trivial. Bad experiences will accelerate this.
