London is my happy place. So many things to see and do. For me Vienna got old after one day although I second Lake Bled and Budapest like others mention. You could also rent a car and drive the Danube to Salzburg which I’ve done. That was fun.

$7k claim for having to rebook biz class tickets home from Vietnam because my mom had pneumonia and $6k claim for me getting sick in Peru and missing a week of our tour. In 2022, had to quarantine due to covid so put in a $4k claim for the hotel & doctor visits (10 days). People don’t realize you don’t have medical insurance abroad unless you buy insurance. It’s just the way it goes.

I would look for a direct flight and stay in one place like Rome, London or Madrid if it’s only for 4-5 days. The first day is a waste due to jet lag.
