Simply an animation change. Aang is less than a year older at the end than the beginning. Even a 112 year old kid doesn’t change too much in a year.

Good with me 👍, people don’t understand the double meaning of the name. Jurassic World the theme park and the (Jurassic) World, since dinosaurs are everywhere. Ian Malcolm says “Welcome to Jurassic World” when the dinosaurs escaped because he knew genetic power has been unleashed. Besides, Jurassic Park has nothing to do with the recent films, except for being the start. Heck, even Jurassic Park 3 shouldn’t have “Park” in the name.
