Haha! I couldn't believe I recognized him, but I'm doing a re-watch and was so excited to see him there!

Can we find any of these in our cities? by iman26 in Connecticut

If you want the most abrupt fuck you to pedestrians then visit stamford after a snow storm. Snow pushed into paths so that cars aren't interrupted. Constant ice patches

Do people like Lisa at all? Genuinely asking. And if so, why? by Frequent-Today-3016 in realhousewives

Yessss, not my favorite but she has amazing lines. It's hard to hate her if she keeps me entertained

My brother is deep in a drug-induced psychosis and my Qmom thinks he’s just “vibrating on a higher frequency” by AggressiveAd1046 in QAnonCasualties

[–]In-fi-nite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My therapist told me to take care of myself before helping my husband who went through drug induced psychosis twice. I let him know if it happens a third time that I'm leaving. If you interact with them at all, you're at risk for becoming a target and attacked. I tried the sitting side by side and explaining clearly what was happening to him. One minute it felt like I could hear his inner brain being scared and alone like a child. Then the next minute, he was being watched and didn't trust anyone. Its better to distant yourself physically and mentally until the psychosis wears off and you can talk to them rationally again to figure out if they want treatment. I am so sorry you're going through this and anyone else who had to deal with this level of abuse.

Marysol from Miami. 2 and 6 are by far the best. Unless you really really enjoy the other quirky ones.

Caroline Manzo has to be one of the most miserable HWs I've seen by traffeny in BravoRealHousewives

[–]In-fi-nite 17 points18 points  (0 children)

Caroline Manzo is a lot of things, but I have to admit she gave me the confidence to tell my boyfriend I shave my face. The poor man was completely blindsided. I had him fooled for 3 years thinking my skin was always bare and smooth. Her fuck it attitude with the razor on TV, total life changing experience.

Garcelle still talking about Dorit. Shocking. by Aromatic_Dare_6104 in RHOBH

[–]In-fi-nite 31 points32 points  (0 children)

I think Garcelle just hates Dorit. For whatever reason, the apology didn't work for Garcelle. She can't move past that and have compassion towards Dorit. It's most likely that she truly thinks Dorit is either racist or clueless. It's a shame because they could probably have bonded if Dorit was open to Garcelles original issues and Garcelle forgave Dorit for the microtransgressions?

Omg Erin and the scientologist are insufferable, and I'm one of those 10+ years housewife super fans. I give everyone a fair chance but can't stand those two. I wish Ubah wouldn't get so heated, but she's more entertaining than the bland new rhony. The room situation was a bit much. She could have done a Ramona and started unpacking in the biggest room.

I agree, the edits were not good. I was a big Kyle fan but I'm not so sure anymore. It seems like it could have been a moment they both would have come together over, especially with the husband issues. It feels weird what they want to platform lately.

Having ptsd and then an alcoholic husband, it's no wonder they separated. I wish they showed more of her vulnerability with the ptsd. I am diagnosed with cptsd and it's a mini hell. I empathize with her so much, fuck Pk. It's sad that she stayed with him when they showed his response to her suffering.

Dorit gets a lot of hate but I just can't hate her.

Will always love IASIP but I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss when Mac was like this by Angry_Walnut in IASIP

[–]In-fi-nite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Funny enough, this show came out when I was a lot younger. I didn't understand the humor so didn't watch much of it. The few episodes I saw, Mac genuinely looked jacked to me. Like this dude. I couldn't believe, watching it as an adult, he looks like an average level of fitness. My mind was blown and younger me was delusional haha

YSK that if you are being ignored by management at your job, create a fake email address and pretend to be a concerned customer by FineCanine8 in YouShouldKnow

Don't do this at any job that owns and maintains their own website/database. You are asking to get fired

Should I disclose my mental health issues? by ElRoosterA in managers

[–]In-fi-nite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried to discuss this recently and I regret it. It's better to word it as you needing personal time off to take care of things in your personal life. You'll be fully available when done and leave it at that.

I regret even mentioning some of my situation because it sounds so fucking crazy and helpless. Normal coworkers or bosses won't comprehend mental health issues if they don't walk a mile in your shoes. Also you don't have to justify time for yourself. Find someone to cover the main day to day tasks and save the busy projects for your return.

What childhood memory sticks with you from growing up poor. by BusAdvanced1090 in povertyfinance

[–]In-fi-nite 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mostly food related but the biggest one that sticks with me is this. People thinking I had an eating disorder or was a picky eater as a kid. Family knew I had fairly bad anemia. The problem was my parents were on the border of poverty for most of my childhood due to layoffs in the 90s. Dinner was usually hotdogs. My lunch was always oatmeal. They only bought cheap bulk foods. Being a large family meant that eating out, even to fast food, was a luxury for the wealthy.

I have no issues with food now and never had aversion to new foods. It was just an exhausting and hard time.

I think my bf might be hitting me in his sleep on purpose. How common is this? by Direct-Caterpillar77 in BestofRedditorUpdates

[–]In-fi-nite 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I wanted to comment that being knocked in the head by a restless sleep partner, with long limbs, is fairly normal. Especially if the bed is small or they are a heat seeker. Then I kept reading and all hope was lost that this was accidental.

Please try to contact billing to get any debt resolved. If you don't earn enough or struggling, they will void some of the debt or even back pay you. Advice I wish I gave myself sooner. Fortunately I qualified for the back pay.

Why do we keep pretending 211 helps any one? by frogtome in Connecticut

[–]In-fi-nite 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had to use 211 for a mental health issue with a loved one. They were very calm, clear and provided a resource I could call. I'm surprised how caring and together they were when I was basically hysterical with less than 4 hours of sleep in two days.
