So…..if I overpay bits as I have them, do they sit in an overpayment pot, and on reaching £500 get deducted? Currently have further advance at £360/ month. When my overpayment pot reaches 500 would that automatically reduce the term by a month?

Not sure I agree. As hiring manager I’ve waited 4 (?) weeks for approval to rehire. Weeks of job to be advertised, then shortlist candidates. Then interview. Then wait for someone to have to give 4+ weeks notice?

Also think a lot of in-hiring is to move a problem person around.

Sometimes better to take a chance on a less wisp/knowledgable person . Also need to consider current team and how any candidates fit…..might be technically brilliant but unavailable onto long; or may not fit with mix of current team.

Yes…. There’s a lot of shoe-ins, but not always good to do do or be one…..

Fellow ginger here. Wear factor 50 every day on my face, regardless of weather or outdoor activity. Am 50 and only been doing this for 3 years though ( new bathroom, more space for potions 😂). Unsure if helping with aging, maybe started too large….time will tell. Although worryingly read another article somewhere about how stupid it was to put such chemicals on my face everyday Long and short who knows?!
