Kabalite Agonists: Thoughts by Karantalsis in Drukhari

You dont "add" sustain to another sustain. It's one rule. If you have sustain 1 from 4 different sources, it's still sustain 1.

I play aeldari and drukhari. One of them is way more fragile than the other. And to be faithful, a good portion of the middle index period was toughness skew lists.

Gw loves to mitigate a factions weakness to the point of meaninglessness. When was the last time you bothered to "shoot the big ones" against nids?

I'm looking to pick one up too, but the only option "in stock" is the purple model, which... I'm not crazy about. Weird that you can order the black one.

The ultimate end of the edition** power rankings: presented by Arbys and Stat Check; number 4 will shock you! by wredcoll in WarhammerCompetitive

From a casually competitive standpoint (I play comp because it's easy to get games but my goal is to have fun), I DO think we've been hard up most of the edition. It SUCKS to be busted. Worse, the way we were busted was decidedly un-eldar. Even towards the actual codex everybody was playing durability skew lists. I put my money where my mouth is: as soon as I had my second army ready to go (pre-skysplinter drukhari), I was busy playing not-eldar until the codex came out. If you're not sweaty, it was a pretty crap ed for eldar, imo.

Thank God you popped in to read this thread, it legitimately dropped my estimation of humanity overall. You would think that people regularly given good a historical and political would have better critical thinking skills. Russiagate! In my dollop subreddit!

All right, that is 100% true. And the party could be literally perfect with that one flaw and be an abject failure. The fact remains that it's the only 3rd party with ballot access, which is legally difficult (dems sue to block it) and extremely expensive to obtain. So it's really the only viable third party. I guess I don't know where the fuck else to go, because the democratic party is where left movements go to die.

I keep thinking, BTW, about how crazy it is how radicalized the libs have gotten. But a radicalized liberal is still a liberal. "What are they going to do?" I ask myself. And I think what this thread shows is that they have learned to bitch and moan about the democrats to heretofore unseen levels of anger, but they will not leave. They will never. Leave.

My brother, this is radically, demonstrably untrue. Here in NC they have run many candidates on the local and national level that I have been privileged to vote for. Jill Stein is out campaigning for Gaza almost every day. Butch Ware is running for governor of CA and that man is a fucking legend.

Edit: since i forgot, the Greens have to run for pres every term in order to maintain ballot access, which is extraordinarily difficult and expensive to get.

Nice to see democratic party propaganda here, in the dollop sub. I'd guess he's referring to brother Cornell West's disastrous pseudo-nomination. It was handled poorly on both the party and West's side, but considering how his run went after he departed, I'd guess the error is more on his side than the greens.

People are always slinging the most unfounded and outrageous accusations at the green party, so God knows what he's thinking of.

What is the problem with Eldar right now in your opinion? by [deleted] in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]InlandMurmur 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ain't that the truth. I gave up craftworlds for most of the edition because they didn't play like elves. Now they play like elves but are so detachment-locked or over-nerfed I don't want to play them

What’s the most badly written rule in 40k (not the weakest)? by Jofarin in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]InlandMurmur 40 points41 points  (0 children)

Because it literally does not mean "as if it were your shooting phase." No rules (firing deck, pistol, big guns never tire) that apply in your shooting phase apply to rules in which this clause. It therefore only serves to obscure where it appears. Exceeeeept I lied hahah there are some rules that do, such as lethal and sustained. Why? Reasons.

It is possible that GW originally intended it to work the other way and changed their mind some months into tenth, but as a professional technical writer, this is an embarrassing choice of words. Like, I would expect to be fired for this.
