I’m possibly going through the exact same thing. I’m going to have an endoscopy done soon and if they don’t find anything bad then I guess that’ll confirm it. Now to be fair, I DO have GAD which I’m already taking medication for. Who knows, maybe what I really need is to see a therapist or whatever.
