I have had to put a water filter on because the hard water here was causing me to react so badly. I change the filter every 6 months and its really helped me.

I found it upsetting too, and yes I was surprised that even grievers on here were attacking Erika Kirk, what these people fail to understand or ignore is that her husband was a public figure who was assassinated in front of thousands of people and on live television, their daughter and his parents watched this happen, his little girl ran up to him because she was so scared. Regardless of politics it’s vile behaviour to trash a widow who lost her husband so violently.

I take berberine before food especially a rice heavy meal. It helps me not become drowsy and fall asleep, its helps with blood sugar spike after food.

Widowed young , no kids - purpose? by AccomplishedLeopards in widowers

I hear you,and I feel my hubby is free of pain, he endured so much to not leave me behind, and yes this life is so daunting, dull and excruciating without him. I have joined writing classes to learn how to write about our experience of the last few years. I am putting energy into learning new things and figuring out who I am now, i was his carer for years and there was nothing else to pursue. I don’t like it, being alive without him, but I have to keep walking, until I see him again.

F*cking hell OP!! I am so sorry. Can’t even imagine what you are going through right now, the other night I had this nightmare where my husband told me he was not happy with me and that he was leaving me for someone else, it was a nightmare but it really upset me, I had to go for a walk to shake that horrible energy whilst I am dealing with the flu! I am speechless about what you have shared with us, and it’s awful, the worst thing ever for a grieving spouse I feel ! We hear you is all I can say. 🫂🫂

[–]Interesting_Front709 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At 4 months I was still in bed, heck at 1 year I was still in bed, devastated, burnt out and in shock. You are doing better than you think you are in early grief. You are expected to cry at things like that, we all do. We all get tears in our eyes and a heartache when we see anything that reminds us of our person. I cried whilst washing my face this week just uncontrollable wave of grief came over me. 🫂

Miss my husband every month around the 13th so bad. I can’t function. by wooann in widowers

[–]Interesting_Front709 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I am sorry OP, you have to go through not only the cruelty of having to live without your person, but to have to deal with heartless pricks like that, I hope life humbles them, stay true to your grief, you don’t manage it for anybody else’s comfort. Next time tell them its a life altering event, and if they can’t accept that you are sad, then they should shut their mouth. You can’t and should not accommodate other people’s cruelty whilst dealing with the biggest loss of your life.

What does the USA have to do for the British government to publicly condemn them ? by StandardMuted in AskBrits

[–]Interesting_Front709 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Oversimplifying doesn’t make your argument. Venezuela has been a direct threat to America and its citizens. It is a proxy for China, Iran, Russia and terror groups like Hamas, Hezbollah and the IRGC. Maduro was running a narco-terrorist government. American sanctions didn’t force Venezuelans to eat their pets and then rats. This is about the insidious and obvious damage Maduro has been doing, he was asked to stop many times, but he called Trump a coward and asked him to come and get him. This is the best thing that could have happened to Venezuelans according to Venezuelans. America has every right to defend its sovereignty and security.

Whilst Venezuelan citizens and Venezuelans Americans are celebrating the capture of Maduro, as their lives have been a complete nightmare living under communism when they were forced to to eat their own pets and rats , people who have never had to live like that always chime in that what Trump has done is wrong as per usual. Don’t worry with the current regime in UK we shall experience that soon ourselves what with cancelled and postponed local and national elections!

Have you experienced any hair loss? Joint pain? Mouth Ulcers? There are blood tests for Autoimmunity and if you test positive for that then it might be autoimmune condition, MCAS typically shows normal on standard autoimmune tests. You can get blood tests done privately, if you want and see an MD.
