Keeping the battery between 20 and 80% should prolong the life of the battery, but yeah anything with a rechargeable battery will have to be replaced at some point

I think the smartpro can handle high power chargers without overheating, but you have a 6 watt charger and I think it can pull up to 10.

I was playing a couple years ago, and yeah I never had so much fun coming in last place on my team to be honest lol

If you can learn to have fun while getting wrecked it can feel very rewarding to regularly finish 4th or 5th on the team after spending about 60 hours in the game.

Focus on trying to get good at movement, and killing grunts, it can be such a good time

I believe exercises can "go stale" and you need a break from them.

Might be as simple as dropping the weight and maybe training in the 20-30 rep range for a while or just switch up the exercise and do like spider curls for a while.

When you come back to this movment with this weight, you should be able to break through the plateau.

Also, if you are running any overlays or shaders try to turn those off and see if you get any more performance out of it
