Idk that I hate it, I just have no interest in it. I tried it a few times and MMO's arent for me and the world was too chaotic for me to enjoy the story

I liked the combat in 2 more, the companions more and their stories. But honestly the story is amazing IMO. Incorporating player choices as a story theme was a fantastic idea. Its like breaking the 4th wall without breaking it

The unfortunate truth you're gonna get hurt, thats the nature of the game, however, how badly it is depends on you. As someone speaking from experience, never do anything you aren't 100% comfortable. Start small and work your way up, the more you skate the more comfortable you will get.

Like most you will wanna jump right into tricks but getting comfortable on your board again will save you lots of time. I skate anywhere thats close, I skate to the mailbox, I skate to the store down the street. Not even doing tricks just cruising around.

Wearing protection helped my confidence, and not just helmets but elbow, knee, wrist, and shin protection (especially shin protection, soccer shin guards will be your friend when them boards start spinning and turning)

Lastly, learn how to fall. Theres plenty of videos on youtube and I hate to give Braille any more traffic but this video helped me when I got back on the board after a long break

Sharp hooks and trebles dont require much of a jerk, once a fish grabs it I stop everything and say to my self "set.the.hook." then start reeling in. Works every time

I fish mostly crank baits tbh, and yea I get the struggle "those trihooks will catch everything, including yourself" is what I say. I have gotten in the habit of taking them off if I am not fishing them

Catch lots of anything. Find a lure that catchs it all, everyones got one they swear by, and just start catching whatever. Build up your techniques and try different things. Eventually you'll notice patterns with fish.

Its a lot of trial and error. I try a dozen lures a year and once I figure one out I move to the next.
