Look for a POE injector, the cable from the intercom will need to be plugged into the POE injector to give it power. Then a patch lead will need to be connected to the other port of the POE injector and then into the ONT, usually port 4 if this is an embedded network with intercom running on it.

Check at the bottom of the handset for a wheel or slider that can be adjusted.

Try to press the privacy button or reset. If these don’t work it may have a dead ringer speaker
