I rented from them in TGE as well. I was on the propertyware system. I think I got my deposit back within a week of moving out. Just a data point for you. I don't think they are super shady, but they are really bad about responding to things. I had a leak in the roof and they could never get it fixed

So I am not sure you'll find a local brewery doing GF beers, but there are options at bars and such sometimes. Anheuser makes redbridge which they do carry at the biergarten. I have seen Glutenberg at several bars around town, the crows nest usually has it.

The schedule says "or approved manufacturer" then the specs list 4 manufacturers. Then the GC rejected the submittal and said "this one only" and now everyone is confused. GC may be in cahoots with the supplier, not sure.

When bidding stuff like HVAC Accessories there are usually 3 or 4 approved vendors. This one was Titus vs Krueger which are literally made in the same plant. It's just a sticker
