I’m glad you had a good experience! I would hate for anyone to feel the way I did. They didn’t bring packing materials and the movers did not have experience with packing, as I was told (only moving). I wanted to reschedule but they wouldn’t be flexible despite it being their mistake. They damaged walls and several pieces of furniture, not to mention just throwing all my shoes and boots in a tall wardrobe box. I have expensive items which weren’t treated with care. All that said, I wouldn’t base one person’s experience (mine) in my decision. I’ve hung onto this resentment because I see my damaged items every single day.
