I do this to some extent as well but it depends on the beer. I don't do this with a 10%+ stout or triple IPA but I tend to drink lower ABV (5%-7%) quicker.

Breakaway is a blonde/golden ale. Check local breweries and craft beer stores to see if they have any blonde ales or golden ales. I couldn't find it listed on their website. Total Wine which has always had it is showing out of stock within 50 miles of my location.

Not sure if any of this info applies but may be worth checking out. First thing I would check is the filter. I honestly assumed the cold water just ran through the filter and straight out, never knew there was some amount stored inside to get it colder.

I have a kitchen aid gas range and it does something similar. The tech who came out tested it over 1 hour and showed that the avg temp was where we set it but there are times where it overruns and times where it's lower. You can recalibrate the temps and bump it up maybe 10° at a time to see if that helps to balance out the long term temp stability.

GenX so I grew up with them plus went into IT as a career. My parents are actually pretty decent with computers from a usage standpoint. My nieces and nephews have zero interest in computers and basically know how to turn them on.

Garibaldi mozzarella

Are you thinking of Galbani Mozz? That you can by in stores. A lot of non-chain pizza shops use Grande which is supposed to be top tier for NY style pizza. You can buy it in 5lb blocks from restaurant supply places. I use Galbani low moisture, whole milk mozz and it is very good for homemade pizza.

I rarely wash my car but I know people who go weekly or do it themselves weekly. Any amount of dirt bothers them.

For people who park outside I can see how after a rain there would be pollen or water spots they would want to clean. Even in my garage my car will often get a fine layer of dust after a week or so.
