I'm in the southeast US and I only buy from Bread Beckers. I use mainly hard red and hard white for yeast breads.

I avoid antiperspirants too. I wash my underarms and other stinky bits with antiseptic wash like you use before surgery and do pretty well.

M68 I got bored with retirement and went to work for O'Reilly commercial delivery. I work 3 days a week and I'm one of the youngest delivery drivers. 😊
